How does one get a SEN for clover?

We are running into :

Min required size for currently loading class

During all of our nightly builds.

A search turned up exactly one post:

So I went to file a ticket.

Which, despite what the help says (http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Support/Finding+Your+Support+Entitlement+Number) Does, in fact, REQUIRE a SEN.

So, in an environment where we only use Clover, have for years, The technical contact is long gone, where/how does one get a SEN in order to get support in order?

You would normally get it through:

my.atlassian.com

Since you can't access the site, please email our sales department @ sales@atlassian.com and they can arrange to have you added to your companies my.atlassian.com account.
