How can I use Scrum board?

This is my question that I asked before.

Someone answered me that I need to upgrade it, but I am alrady using 6.1 version.

How can I find scrum board... on this video clip?

It appears after 25 mins while he is doing the Demo.

I only have 3 sets of classic board.

Have you got a 'Manage Boards' link under the Agile menu?

You can have a look on the documentation below:

It should be available once you manage the board and create new scrum board.
