I received a report from Clover, then spend additional tests and want to compare thecode coverage in the new and old report, is it possible to do this manually?
Well, the answer is "yes" and "no".
"No", because it's not possible to make logical operations (e.g. and / or / xor) on coverage data and take such result for reporting. There is one feature request for this - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOV-1024 - but it's not on the roadmap currently.
"Yes", because you can create two history points from your builds and generate a historical report. You will get a coverage trend on a graph as well as list of classes for which coverage has changed ("movers") between builds. See also:
