I have read in latest release that clover supports spock and I used it in gradle project and it worked and instrumented the spock test classes, but when I use in intellij It only instrument the java test classes? how to fix that?

Spock tests are written in Groovy and the Groovy language is not supported in Clover plugins for IDEA and Eclipse IDEs (Supported+Platforms).

You have to build your project from a command line (Clover plugins for Ant, Maven, Grails or Gradle).

Feel free to vote for adding Groovy support in IDE: CLOV-939.
