Automation tests ignored by Clover

I have been making a POC with clover and was able to make everything up and running quite quickly.

However later on when I was putting it all together again before testing clover on the Dev environment all the Automation tests that are executed not getting used by clover for reporting

My Env details:

Tomcat 7 with instrumented code deployed

Running clover as a maven plugin not from the Eclipse.

Using Evaluation License for the moment.

Clover 3.3.0

While building the project Clover generates reports for the Unit tests with DB created etc.

Replacing the project/classes in the Tomcat with instrumented classes

Restarting Tomcat

Running Automation test suit

Only 2 files in the clover DB folder getting changed while tests run.

After running mvn clover2:clover report getting re-created (index.html in the target/site foder) however results of the report are identical to the results of the Unit tests.

Can you please let me know if there is something wrong with the setup.

Thank you

I sort it out - the reason was that when I was running only clover2:clover id didn't count all the reports but when the whole plugin got run with - instrument, check, clover then it works.
