I'm a new developer with only about 2 years of experience (I've worked in front end and back end).
Recently (past 8 months) I've been working with a client to develop/extend/support custom plugins for Confluence. Although I've learned a lot in short amount of time there's still so much more I don't know.
This brings to me to topic at hand--what does the future of an Atlassian developer look like currently? Is this an area that I should spend time and effort learning more, or is it a niche market that may not have much demand in the future?
Moreover, where can I start if I want to get better? Do certifications help?
