stash crash now pull requests are out of sync

our instance of STASH crashed on Wednesday due to hardware issues (cpu). Since bringing STASH back online all new pull requests being created are immediately out of synce. When following steps provided by STASH, there are no changes to submit. Merging the pull request using an Administrator account fails and we are force to have to complete 'git push origin <branchname>:dev --force.

Nothing is being reported in the logs. Any ideas what may have happened and how to resolve?

Hi Jennifer,

I think we'll need to have a look at your logs to figure out what's going on. Can you:

• enable DEBUG logging (Administration > Logging and Profiling)
• create a new pull request to reproduce the problem
• create a support zip (Administration > Atlassian Support Tools > Support Zip)?
• open a support ticket on https://support.atlassian.com and upload the support zip
