someone has registered that key

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Invalid SSH Key

I just removed all instances of and SSH Key. I am trying to add it back and I get the error. "Someone has already registered that SSH key." Any way to fix

Just to be clear, is this one of those SSH keys that come bundled in with other applications? As in, did you generate this key yourself?
