Question is about using SourceTree with bitbucket.
I've created two bitbucket and Atlassian accounts, one for personal use, the other for business use. I don't see a way to use both of these accounts with SourceTree without manually changing the account in the options. Is there a script or command line option that supports multiple accounts?

I expect you'll only be able to use one with Extended integration. However, that shouldn't prevent you from adding repositories that belong to the other account as remotes like you would with generic hosts.
