I'm evaluating stash internally and one question I have but have been unable to find in the FAQ section is whether or not i can split a 500 user enterprise license across 2 stash servers, we have different organizations and it's unclear yet whether or not it makes sense to share a single server as we have different geographies and needs.

By means of splitting a 500 Users license, does that means using one license on two Stash instance? If this is what you meant, then no, only one license per instance. You may get two commercial licenses of 100 Users license instead so that it can be applied on each Stash instance.

it does more or less answer the question, i'm interested in enterprise support, hence the 500 user license to begin with. but it looks as though i would have to purchase 500+100 to support two instances when i don't really need that many seats.
