hi is there a way to get a jira-ticket created when there is a pull request on one of our repositorys?
Bitbucket do not have that functionality out of the box, so you would have to find an app that allows you to do that. You should be able to do it using Scriptrunner. I did a quick search in the Marketplace and found Issue creator for Bitbucket, it allows you to create issues based on open tasks in the pull request.
You can create a Jira ticket when there is a pull request on a repo and many other customisations by using event handlers in ScriptRunner for Bitbucket.
For your use case you could just tweak this handler with an update on the Jira REST API call so it creates a new issue, rather than update an existing one.
