His ldap login is now disabled and the rest api returns user not found.
is there any other way ? since we cannot update the system user key attached to another user since it says that the key is already uploaded.

If you log in as a user with System Administrator privileges you can delete a key from a user's account. Also if you delete a user, the key is no longer stored in the system. As I see you've opened a support request at we'll continue investigating there.
