I used the "Import" option to create a repository which was hosted on another system. However, after one hour the repository still mentions:
This repository will be available once the import is complete. Until then, you cannot modify the repository.
It is a very small repo. I am actually able to interact push/pull with the repo on Bitbucket, but only the page of the repo keeps saying the "import in progress" message.
Hi,
are you import to an bitbucket server running on prem.
if yes could you check the logs to see if there is anything mentioned?
Cheers
Kurt

I could not find any issues from the logs.
I now restarted the Bitbucket service and the repository that stuck on the import is gone. I now did a manual "push" from a local checkout to add the code to BitBucket and that seems to work fine.

Hello @pkitslaar
did you only restart the service while having this screen, and the next import went fine ?
Thx
Sylvain
