I'm trying to access my account with this email and i'm not receiving any recovery link emails from Atlassian.
Can anyone from the support team check if that email got "blocked" in your system ?

I confirmed that you are not blocked on our server. So, could you please confirm what recovery email you are referring to? Is it a password reset or 2FA recovery email?

Have you checked that its not caught in a spam filter or accidentally deleted by a rule?
