I purchase BitBucket (Server Instance) 20/03/2019 with 10 User license but i cant able to see this product license in my account.

I would like to get the product license key and also the bit bucket installer for me to re-install bitbucket in new server, the old server machine is crashed and it's cant able restore the datas/
