i am not getting recovery emails for my email husnain@miletap.com

please solve this issue

@Husnain Tahir Welcome to the Atlassian Community.  Two questions:

  1. Have you double-checked junk mail?
  2. Are you positive that email is associated with your bitbucket account?

I will escalate to Atlassian but in the past, this is usually due to one of the above issues.

Hello @Husnain Tahir ,

We took a look on the backend and the email you listed encountered multiple "550 no such user" bounce messages indicating an issue with the mail server at the destination domain refusing to accept the password recovery email as the email To recipient was not a recognized user for the domain.

This could indicate different causal factors such as at the time the invite was sent, the account might not have existed yet on that email server/domain, the server was offline or filtering incoming content, or the network access to the server was blocked.

We have cleared out the errors, Please verify the account exists in the mail server/domain with the correct spelling, and that the server is online and can accept external calls then try again, and let us know if you run into any additional errors.
