I am using JIO Internet provider (which is used across India) i have been trying since yesterday (20th JULY 2020) its not opening.

Is this a hosting bug or maintenance or outage issue i am not sure..  We are using secure and well security development environment.. 

I hope this is not a Chinese blacklisted server or site..  Kindly some one help..

I am also having this same problem (following the twitter post above with turning shields on and off). I can log in to id.atlassian but as soon as I try to click into anything it sends me to that error page which is bosch router table stand . I noticed that this started happening after I updated my Brave browser  yesterday. So something in the last update made this change.
