You need to read the log files to find out why the application is not starting correctly.

Hi Nic,

i didnt have the GIT installed and it also mentions need to stash.git.notfound[Stash, 1.7.6, 1.8.4.3]. The latest version i find is git 1.9.2. Will it work if i download this version or do i need an older version mentioned?

You should use the latest versions of git, and check your log file for more errors.

I'm afraid a snippet of error message, without any context, on a 5 year old question that does not seem to be related, is not a lot of use to anyone.

Please could you ask a new question, including the context and tell us why you think it should work (as all we can tell from the error is that you've not got the right user/password)

how to resolve please give a suggestion

We can't - you have not given us any useful information beyond an error that you simply have the wrong username and password for the git server.

Hi Ram,

Could you please try opening ip:7990 to check if the setup is correct displayed?

Also, are you using Windows or Linux?

We have installation guides for both systems:
