I created a team with a couple of projects. I want to add team members to this existing team but the only options under 'Manage Team' are 'Email Members' and 'Leave Team'.
How can I add new members to the team?

I see the difficulty your experiencing. If you click Manage Team rather than the associated drop down you'll see your user groups:
Once you are there you can either:
A. Click Add member, add the user and associate them with a user group.
B. Click a specific user group to just add that user to a specific group or to build a group up with many users. Once you're in the user group you can enter either the Bitbucket username or an email address of the person you want to add. Then we'll send them an invitation to join your team or to sign up for Bitbucket and join your team.
