How do I search for an existing bitbucket team?

While trying to add a team name to use, Bitbucket said the team name was already in use.  It's very possible a predecessor or other current employee from my company created a team.  I'd like to join that team if that is the case.  How do I find this information out beyond just the fact that the name is already in use?  Or, maybe an unreated team is using the name.  Anyway to find out the answer?

Hi Gary, welcome to the Community :) 

You can find the team by adding its name to the URL, like:

https://bitbucket.org/<team-name>/ 

where you will replace <team-name> for the actual team of the name you want to find.

Then depending on the privacy of the team, you might be able to contact (or not) the admins to request access.
