how can I download from "downlloads" as raw?

I know how to do it from the repo, but how do I do this from downloads?

for examples how can I get this as raw
https://bitbucket.org/bliss-box/firmware/downloads/latest.hex

I read the API but not making sense of it at all. From reading it I think I just do

curl $CURL_RETRY --insecure -L "https://api.bitbucket.org/2.0/repositories/bliss-box/firmware/downloads/latest.hex" -o "$SCRIPT_PATH/latest.hex"

but its downloading the file...

hmm I got it to work, not sure what the issue was, but the above api usage is working.
