how can I allow a user to push to a git repo but not be able to delete the whole repo?

I have setup my repo permissions to allow some users write and read access.

users with write access have the ability to delete the repo. I don't want this. I want only admins to be able to delete the repo. how can I accomplish this?

I figured it out. The user was an admin of the project, not the specific repo. once they were no longer a project admin they are not able to configure settings for a repo.
