git push to stash failed with 403

I begin my evaluation of Stash and installation goes fine. But after i created project and repo, and try to push my git repo to stash, stash always tells me 403:

pgroot@pgpg1:~/pgpg$ git push origin master
error: The requested URL returned error: 403 while accessing http://pgpgpg@1.6.2.2:7990/scm/pgpg/pgpg.git/info/refs
fatal: HTTP request failed

Permissions checked, and I use sys adm to push to the repo.

Any ideas? my stash is 3.0.1 and git version is 1.7.9.5 which comes with ubuntu 12.04LTS

My fault. I use proxy to access internet and the proxy is used when i connect to stash.
