We need to confirm something to ensure we know why your account is unable to authenticate.
Can you please confirm your user account is able to access Bitbucket via the WebUI or an SSH session?
If you’re unable to access the WebUI or SSH session then your user may not have permissions to access Bitbucket, please see the following to resolve: Global permissions. You will need to work with your Bitbucket admin to resolve this issue.
If you’re still having issues accessing Bitbucket, please let us know. Also include a screenshot of the error as well so we know exactly where the error is coming from.
