¿ error when synchronizing with my branch online?

it does not let me synchronize with my online branch I do not know why I am the administrator of the system I have access to all my branches and I get this error

What software are you using? Is that Visual Studio?

I've found other users having similar errors and for some of them it worked to update Git for Windows (you can download the latest version from: https://github.com/Microsoft/Git-Credential-Manager-for-Windows/releases/), and removing and re-adding the git credentials in the Windows Credential Manager.
