error: please tell me who you are

i get a message that says :   *** Please tell me who you are.  Run   git config --global user.email "you@example.com"  git config --global user.name "Your Name"  to set your account's default identity. Omit --global to set the identity only in this reposiScreenshot 2016-01-01 13.17.54.png

You need to identify yourself using the git config options. See https://www.atlassian.com/git/tutorials/setting-up-a-repository/git-config for more details.
