cant find my ADMIN files written buy a freelancer in my bit bucket account

I have an account i am not a computer person ,

But this freelancer said he has sayed all the admin files the back end in bitbucket

now the new developer canfind some files and some branches or file cant be found if any one can help me please call me i am in Canada <phone_redacted> or email me <email_redacted>

how to get a copy of the old file

as the files were written in 2018 or 2019 or 2021 or 2022

and after covid i kept the web page at the side

The developer who helpin me is young and just learning has tried his best to find the file

i can explain the issues

Hi Errol,

Developers usually work on a clone of the repo on their computer, where they commit changes and then push them to Bitbucket. If the developer deleted a remote branch from the Bitbucket repo and this branch is still present on their local clone, they can push it back to Bitbucket.

If they have a copy of those files elsewhere on their computer, they can also commit the files again in the local repo and push them to Bitbucket.
