bitbucket access to different repos

The bitbucket access stuff is really confusing. I just want to give one person access to one repository at the moment and not my other private repos. I can't seem to figure out how to do this though.

It does take some getting used to. When I started using bitbucket, I didn't realize I could even change the settings until someone pointed it out to me :)

First, select the desired repo, then click the Cog icon (top right), and select the Access Management tab from the left. From there, it should be pretty easy to grant someone read/write/admin access. Here's a screenshot to help illustrate how to get there:
