Hello All,
I am working on a code which has two versions of it as v1 and v2. Currently, the version v1 is tagged as 1.0.0 and v2 is tagged as 2.0.0 and same code also exists on master repository.
Just wanted to understand from the forum on the best approach to be followed if there is a bug fix on v1 of the code.
what I am thinking of currently is to move the v1 of the code to master, create a feature out of it, make bug fix to it and merge it back to master and then run the CI pipeline on top of master and then tag it as 1.0.1.
Let me know on your thoughts.
