I am currently using windows 7 ultimate 32bit with sp1 and latest git 2.19 with command prompt (cmd.exe). Currently i dont see the TLS 1.x keys in registry. Will i have problems connecting with bitbucket through my command prompt?

You might, if your git/hg client uses HTTPS to communicate with Bitbucket. Have you tried the diagnostics from the blog post?
