Why the payment page was disabled?

I was trying to do the payment to upgrade my plan, but the payment page just staying in "loading", so I opened the "inspect elements" from Google Chrome and I saw the "disabled" attribute in the html of the form and after I saw the "readonly" attribute in the field of the credit card number.
