Hi.
I'm tring to create a username alias in Bitbucket, but it is not working.
When I view a commit, the author is not recognized as a Bitbucket user, like the image bellow:
The problem is that I already mapped my user, but it had no effect:
Does anyone knows how can I solve this issue? Any help will be appreciated.

Nevermind. The mapping is working properly now. Maybe it was a kind of cache or something. Thanks!
I have the same issue, would be nice if they could confirm that there is a minimum amount of time it takes to propagate the change. How long do we have to wait until it works? Or is this an actual bug and an issue should be filed?

indeed this is confusing; however on Map existing commits to username aliases
the following:
You may need to clear your browser cache for the mapped user account to display properly.
I clean the cache and nothing.. will see in one hour then :-D

yep needed to wait something like 1 hour. despite a clean local cache. so on their servers.
