This morning we received an e-mail from Bitbucket saying that our plan has changed from 50 Users (annual) to Free.

We certainly didn't request this and we're now unable to commit anything as each user only has Readonly access.

This is seriously hampering our work at the moment. Has anyone else seen this? Could anyone from Atlassian please look into this and get in contact?

Hi Warren,

Since no payment was received, the subscription couldn't be renewed and as a result the account was downgraded to the Free plan. Since the account has more than 5 users, it got int oread-only mode; to fix this you can either upgrade the account again or remove users until you're within the 5 user limit. This can be done from the Settings menu in Bitbucket Cloud.

I've seen you have opened a ticket with the Customer Advocate team, please follow up with them if you need more assistance with the payments.

Have a good day,

Ana
