I'm getting billed $10/month for Bitbucket. I went it to view my account, and realized could downgrade to Free; however, my account says it's already at the Free level. What gives?
Also, why doesn't the Bitbucket login work for Atlassian? Very frustrating.

are you using Bitbucket Cloud (bitbucket.org) or Bitbucket Server?
Please note that they are different products and have different pricing schemes.
Bitbucket Cloud has a 5 user free tier, whereas Bitbucket Server does not.
