Why am I paying $10 per month when my account says it is classified as 5 Users FREE?

I'm getting billed $10/month for Bitbucket. I went it to view my account, and realized could downgrade to Free; however, my account says it's already at the Free level. What gives?

Also, why doesn't the Bitbucket login work for Atlassian? Very frustrating.

Hi @John Schenk,

are you using Bitbucket Cloud (bitbucket.org) or Bitbucket Server?

Please note that they are different products and have different pricing schemes.

Bitbucket Cloud has a 5 user free tier, whereas Bitbucket Server does not.

For comparison, here's the pricing for Bitbucket Cloud and Bitbucket Server.

If you have further questions or believe your billing is wrong, I recommend you contact the Bitbucket support team, they'll be glad to help you out!

Hope that helps,

Felix Haehnel

I have Bitbucket Cloud. Support is looking into this. Thanks.
