I assume that the issue is with the email that you use for your Community account?
I checked in our system and I found a hard bounce event for this email created last year, with the error message:
550: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces
Atlassian attempted to send an email to this email address then, but the email was not operational. The hard bounce informs us that the email does not exist and in this case it is placed in a suppression list, as we no longer try to resend to non-existing emails.
I went ahead and removed the email from the suppression list, could you please ask your team lead to send a new invitation now?
A new invitation needs to be sent, as the previous ones were dropped.
