Where do I configure the branch model for a repository in bitbucket?

The following page indicates the branch model is configured in the settings for the repository but I do not see any reference to it there.

That document is for Bitbucket Server, which is the self-hosted version. You've tagged this for Bitbucket Cloud, which is bitbucket.org. Are you looking in the right set of documentation?
