Hi @Chen Grinkroog,

Invoices can be found here https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders if you are listed as Technical and Billing contact for this license in https://my.atlassian.com. If you are not, you can ask the Technical and Billing contact for this license to add you as well.

If you are not sure which person in your company is a Technical and Billing contact for the license, and you are an admin of the workspace, you can create a ticket with our Customer Advocate team and

  • request the invoices
  • ask them who is the Technical and Billing contact for this license
  • ask to be added as a Technical and Billing contact so you can access the invoices yourself in the future via https://my.atlassian.com/billing/paidorders

You can create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, in "What can we help you with?" select "Billing, payments and pricing" and then "Finding invoices" in "Select a topic". Please make sure to give the URL of the workspace you want to find invoices for in the details of the ticket.
