What is the GIT bitbucket equivalent to GITHub's "Stale Review Dismissal"

How can we configure reviews so that, if a commit is made after a reviewer has selected Approved, that Approval will be reverted, to assure that this reviewer will review this additional change?

This is available on Bitbucket Cloud (bitbucket.org) under the repo settings > Branch Permissions. It's currently a premium feature, though.

If you're on a self-hosted Bitbucket Server, install the free add-on: Bitbucket Server Auto Unapprove Plugin.

This solution only works for Bitbucket Server, though.   I'm not sure how one would go about achieving this on Bitbucket Cloud (aka bitbucket.org).
