We now using Stash in evaluation until the on buying stage of license. If documents of purchase is not be done before evaluation license is expiring, what happened to our Stash instance in what case (evaluation is expired, no valid license shipped yet)?

Also, if license is for 100 users, and 101 user is trying to login into Stash as observer, it is allowed? What exacty mean '100 users' for license? It about any user logged in Stash or users who can push changes into stash and can be added as reviewers?

If someone user within the Stash registered for once, but not using Stash anymore, it is accounted as 1 user from license or not? Example: user perform first login into Stash, as Stash setuped on corporate LDAP, Stash created him in database, his walk around Stash, say 'Hmm, OK, funny', and leave (logout) the Stash and never come back. But his retain in Stash database. I must delete such users manually to return license for other active users?

When the evaluation license is expired, you won't be able to use Stash anymore and Stash will ask you for a new license. You can generate a new evaluation license up to 90 days only.

The following is the guide about Stash User permission:

Any user with the global "Stash User" permission, granted to the individual or via a group, will count towards the license limit. Stash will not allow you to grant the "Stash User" permission if this will exceed the license limit. However, if you happen to exceed the license limit by users added to an LDAP group with Stash User permission, Stash will display a banner that the license limit has been exceeded and it will block all pushes to Stash.

Users don't have to be removed from the database in order to reduce their license count. You merely have to make sure that thay no longer have access to Stash via the "Stash User" permission.
