Hi Blake,

I suggest taking a good look at the upgrade guide, available at https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/bitbucket-server-upgrade-guide-776640551.html. You can upgrade straight from 4.6 to 6.4 without intermediate upgrades. However, because of changes made in version 5 there's some migration of settings required, but these are laid out in the upgrade guide.
