We can not connect with Hipchat

Hello,
after the update to Bitbucket version 5.4.0 we can no longer connect our server to HipChat.

"An error occurred when creating the Hipchat shortcut
An error occurred during the integration of Bitbucket and Hipchat. Probably it was not possible to connect to the Hipchat server. Check if the connection between your server and Hipchat is working properly and try again.
Uninstall the existing Hipchat integration and try again."

The integration in Hipchat has already been removed. Are there log files? Where do we find these?

Hi Marcel,

You can increase the logging for BitBucket and then reproduce the issue to see if there is any further information as to what is going on.  There is an article titled Bitbucket Server debug logging that will show you how to increase the debug logging for Bitbucket to help diagnose this issue.
