I want to disable the Bitbucket notifyr notifications for a project as an administrator. I can click stop watching on a project but if a user goes to the source page for a repository in the project and click on watch then notification will be sent to that user. I want to prevent notifications being sent when a user does this. Telling users to not do this is not a good long term solution because I have no control over a user's behavior.
