Verify migrated data from SVN to Git migration using atlassian jar

I have done migration of a huge data from SVN to git using atlassian migration jar. But how will I make sure that all the data and history is migrated properly for all branches and tags.

Is there any testing mechanism which you can suggest.

You probably have to do this manually. There should be commands to list and count branches on Git and SVN. You could even compare the files after checking out each branch in Git and SVN.
