Using Jira User Directory for Stash - Connecting Stash with Jira

I am attempting to integrate Stash with Jira for user management. I am following the directions here:

I have created an application link between Stash and Jira, however I can't see the "Jira User Server" in the Users section of Jira (Step 2 Under the section "Set up JIRA to allow connections from Stash"). I am using Atlassian Hosted Jira Version 6.x and a on-prem deployment of Stash. What could be going on. I have verified the applications are correctly linked as I can associated changeset checkins with Jira issues.

What could be going on? How can I integrate user management?

Hi Brad, when you mentioned Atlassian Hosted, are you referring to Atlassian OnDemand ( If so, this opition is not available on OnDemand, only JIRA standalone has this functionality.
