User AD account continuously blocking

We are using Bitbucket and Bamboo servers for code management and CI/CD..and one of the user AD account is blocking continuously..when we saw in Bitbucket and Bamboo log files then observed that the server XYZ IP (where our Bitbucket and Bamboo server is installed) is coming with wrong password which cause the issue.

Is there anyone gone through the issue, if so, could you please help us to solve this.

The user might have configured his outdated/incorrect credential in one of the tasks or repository in Bamboo. 

You will have to check Bamboo log to confirm where is the password error coming from.
