Updated to Standard Plan to manage project permissions, but JIRA continues to assume i am on free pl

Hi, As the title of the post suggests, 

I have updated to standard plan on JIRA. Have updated the credit card details,etc. I need to manage the permissions, but keep seeing that I am on a free plan. 

Please advise.

Hi @Rahul Gupta 

I'd check first that you upgraded each product if you have more than one!

To do this:

  1. Go to Jira Settings > Billing
  2. Select "Manage Subscriptions" from the left-hand menu
  3. Ensure each Active Subscription is labelled as "Standard Plan" in the left-hand corner of each product's card
  4. If not, ensure you press "Upgrade Tier" to upgrade
  5. Products billed separately on listed on right-hand side

^ If these all show Standard, I would consider signing out/in of your Atlassian account in case it is needed to trigger the upgrade!

If neither of these work - let us know what you see! Or reach out to Atlassian Support!
