Bitbucket (now?) supports MySql 5.7+. You can fix this by stopping your application server, edit the /bitbucket-home/shared/bitbucket.properties by removing the value beyond and restarting:

&sessionVariables=storage_engine%3DInnoDB

There's not a lot of detail to go on with this question, but I think you're trying to set up Bitbucket Server with MySQL 5.7.

MySQL 5.7 is not supported at this time - partially because of this problem. We're working on adding support, but this is not available yet. If possible, I'd suggest using MySQL 5.6.x or Postgres.
