Unable to send the email invitation to new user

HI Team,

One of my team member joined recently ( Yurii_Hliievi@belk.com )  and we are trying to add him in bit bucket but none of the invitations are going to him.

Please look into this issue ,we need to add him into bitbucket ASAP.

Hello @Manikanta_A,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

There was a bounce on their email address and it was probably what was causing the invitation not being delivered: 

550: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS({hex}) [SN1NAM02FT038.eop-nam02.prod.protection.outlook.com]

I removed this bounce and it should work now.

Please, invite the user again and let us know how it goes.
