Hi, I have another bitbucket account "<email_removed>". I am unable to receive the password recovery email. I am trying to login from months but the problem persists.
Might be my email stuck in your bounce list.
Please help me in this regards.

Your email was indeed in one of our suppression lists, as we attempted to send an email at a time that it was not operational.
I went ahead and removed this email address from our suppression list.
Could you please try requesting a new password reset email now?
A new email needs to be requested, as the previous ones were dropped.
