Unable to pull request as button is masked

Hi,

I was following the tutorial to fork and pull a request using git

https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/fork-a-teammate-s-repository-774243391.html

Unfortunately at the last step when one needs to create a new request, I have encountered this problem when the button got masked. I am also unable to check the box beside "Close branch"

May I ask if there is something wrong that I did that cause this problem to arise.

Thank you.

Regards,

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy, can you make sure there's something new that you can pull? Keep in mind that you need to have new changes in order to be able to create a pull request (see screenshot)

If there are no differences between the branch and the pull request you want to create, you won't be able to create it (see screenshot), the button will show greyed out.

If you're having a different issue, please send us a screenshot so we can continue helping you. Let us know also if you're using Bitbucket Server or Cloud and if other users apart from you are also affected.

Cheers!

Ana
